Learning from AI.Mee

In this guide, we'll explore the stats page and see how insightful your AI Assistant can be.

Step by Step Guide

  1. Login to your JellyFaaS account..
  2. Navigate to your profile page.
  3. Click AI.Mee Admin Portal which you'll find in your available products list.
  4. Select the Stats tab.

Once on the stats tab, you can see the following:

  1. Date Filter: Set a date range for the conversations you'd like to analyse. Default is this week.
  2. Total Messages: The total number of messages within the given date range. This is a count of all messages between the user and your AI Assistant.
  3. Total Conversations: This is the total number of conversations within the given date range. Please note, conversations are made up of multiple messages.
  4. Avg Messages/Conversation: This shows the average number o messages, per conversation, within the given date range.
  5. Avg Processing Time / Message: This shows the average processing time for each message within the given date range.
  6. Messages Per Day Graph: You will also see a graph showing the number of messages per day, within the given date range.

In addition to all the information above, you also have access to the conversation table. In here you can review all the conversations and messages your AI Assistant has had with users. This allows you to take a deep dive into each and every conversation if required.

The table consists of the following fields:

  1. Conversation: This is the last message in a conversation. Clicking on this will open the full conversation, showing all messages.
  2. Message Count: The total number of messages within the given date range. This is a count of all messages between the user and your AI Assistant.
  3. Total Conversations: The total number of messages in each conversation.
  4. Processing Time: The processing time for the conversation.
  5. IP Address: The IP Address of the user. This can be useful to identify users who maybe abusing your AI Assistant.
  6. Date: The date of the conversation. This can be sorted ascending / descending.
